I don’t usually use aids or music to meditate, but I do try new methods occasionally.
The most important things are a) make it easy and b) make it easy and c) make it easy … so if using guided meditation or music make it easy to commit to meditating, then yes, its a great idea. If its going to get in the way by adding another thing to do before you start, then don’t make it part of your habit.
